Return & Refund Policy

At elitefashiondepotq Jamaica Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's processing times. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
